- Kirk PDuring my athletic massage, Lauren helped some areas of chronic pain and relaxed a more recent soft-tissue strain. Her knowledge and experience, combined with her confident coaching style make her a perfect resource for anyone wanting to improve their level of fitness.
- brittany gI was able to get a program for 3x/week with videos and instructions as well as frequent advice for modifications and feedback on form. It was a perfect way to take things to the gym and knock them out on my own time while being held accountable. I appreciated the variation on exercises and the high-level progressions with more variety than my own typical routine.
- Selena RLauren was recommended to me by my personal trainer after tweaking my neck. She doesn’t just apply her knowledge, she empowers you to take an active role in your recovery. After an affective massage she also took the time to educate me on things to do at home for my recovery. She went above and beyond though when she took the extra time to review my form while performing various exercises. This is where we discovered the root of my issue and most importantly how to correct it preventing any further injury.
